I think perhaps his argument is that IF only guns had been legal they could have shot at the government. Oh...wait...they had access to guns.

So maybe his argument is that all the illegal Cuban minor children with parents wishing to reclaim them being hidden in US houses are in danger of being restored to their parents, by US force?

I think is was an example of a well-regulated militia, which of course it wasn't. They need some pictures of Reservists to show the well-regulated militia who each have separate Commanders in Chief.
