YHOO is one of the barometers of the market's emotional state...since it has no fundamentals to make sense out of in connection with its valuation. so it is one of the issues driven purely by the combination of emotion and liquidity that marked the blow-off stage of the bull market. since it is very difficult to assign an intrinsic value to it, it gets massacred when these twin props begin to fade...
