The man announces he stays firm with his 5500 target about a week ago or so. The NAZ tumbles. He now turns slightly more bearish (if that is the correct term). Maybe now we can head up.

Woulnd't want to quibble or anything, but IMHO moving the year-end bullseye for the Nasdaq from 5500 to 4300 qualifies as a bit more than a "revision."
