They asked for a change in venue of one of it's trials. Maybe the legal team is stretched to the limit with all the law suits. I wonder if the legal tem gets paid in cash of in warrants <g> Joe, I think its stock options....and part of the team quit over the weekend. They felt the RMBS stock was too volatile and the company did not have a solid revenue base. After all, attorneys are the first to recognize that lawsuits are not the most predictable revenue stream. <g> ted
