i'm so glad that you have that to hang onto. however, if you'd been paying attention to this thread you would have noticed a sea-change in the industry which has been enveloping msft for the past few years.

this trial excuse is a smokescreen.

the real problem is at the very least twofold:

1) msft no longer has the favor of the memes
2) it will be tougher and tougher going forward to convince customers that those bytes and bits on the media are really 'worth something.'
