Have a look at SPIR, a solar power company with a 1.5 million float and tiny market cap( around 30 million) and very low PE (5) getting close to break out levels here, if this one gets noticed watch out.Look at what APWR is doing today.
Use extreme caution as it is thinly traded and has a large spread but IMHO it is a buy and forget about.
