Unbelievable, re Special Note on October Friday 13th Weeks I was of course aware that this special day was coming up, but I must thank you for all the extra stats provided in your post. It has given me some days of pondering on how to handle things if (when) crapola really hits the fan... All things considered, I am holding onto my clownish stance and not selling anything (well tech stocks that is). This suits me for various reasons... however I expect many others would (will) feel extreme financial pain. On the plus side I have a good percentage of my position in gold and silver. Overall I expect to stay even (+/- 50%) as all my clownish positions are with low P/E stocks, even though these stocks catch pneumonia when the big caps catch a chill. It's not really I'm over superstitious or anything. The market is priced by human perception though, and big money likes a nice excuse to hide behind when bad things happen. -g- I have a few speculative GTC sell orders in place, as I think logging on will be a problem if the expected unexpected happens. I have noted opinions from a few bullish sources that I respect say there is a "down" coming up. At the same time I hope all will be well and that my perception is WRONG, and I hope the good folks on this board look after themselves, I expect things to be much clearer by Monday week (23rd) regards, pearly.
