my order was already filled out when i ioi'd. i had to back out and go to the trading page and re-select my account. the screen i pulled up first showed i had already ioi'd for 100 shares at $12 at 4:16, i believe. in any event, it was several minutes before i even went to the page. it was asking me if i wanted to confirm, change or cancel. i don't know if it was actually someone else's account, but it was definitely WRONG. after re-selecting my account, all was fine.
