Jeff, I know Glenn very well. He came to JXN's baby shower. Without going into a long explanation, I certainly agree with the "free phone calls" and have been preaching it professionally for a couple of years. Part of the job. However, the significance of what T is proposing is huge. Just how are they going to determine that a visit to a site resulted in a sale? And what do you think the chances of another vender stepping in and saying "Listen, I'll provide these services to you for a flat rate" and then drive the price down to a commodity level. I haven't examined this in detail yet, but it would appear to be a suicidal move on T's part. IMO, of course.
