then scroll to "save image as".
If you do that, it will assign the image
its own url, which you can copy.

A program like snagit (http://www.snagit.com) does this pretty nicely and saves it in multiple formats. That's the only one I've used with any real success for capturing parts of the screen using the mouse etc.

I don't know if this is what you are talking about or not but one thing you can do is....click on your "mail" button at the top of your browser then click on "send page". This will let you send any page as it appears.
If you want it for your records just send the page to your e-mail.

Press your "Print Screen Key" then open your paint program and paste the pic in there. It will be BMP format.
