Cosmic.. I was at a range once where a couple of guys were "sharing" one hand-gun, an automatic. They would hand it to each other with rounds in the chamber, barrel first, fingers inside the trigger guard. I left and told the rangemaster. He ejected them. The Marines that were shooting with me at another range near El Toro were much less polite about a couple of idiots doing similar maneuvers there Thanks! That's exactly why guns are unsafe.. Not due to someone like yourself (my personal conclusion), but the remainder 7 out of every 10 (irresponsible) gun owners. The numbers may be higher or lower, but the exact number is irrelevant. I too have faced such people, and though they're not "bad people", I wouldn't want to be around them while they have their finger on the trigger.
