Last week there was an article which I saw several places about research that showed that regular aerobic exercise reduced depression more than anti-depressants. That means exercise that gets your heart pumping at your target heart rate, between 60% and 80% of 220 minus your age, in your case that would be about 170 x .6 = 102 beats per minute bottom of the range, 170 x .8 = 136 beats per minute top of the range, for at least 20 minutes, preferably 30 minutes, three times a week. My suggestion is to try out a local health club for a free week or month, you may well meet some pretty ladies there who will motivate you to keep coming back. Do this for three months and then if that doesn't work I will give you another suggestion. Don't tell me about moving hay, unless you do it for 20-30 minutes three times a week 52 weeks a year.
