The scandal is their stock is valued based on a phony EPS that doesn't incorporate their true employment costs.

You creep! Cisco Systems employed thousands of people who paid taxes. What do you think they are doing with their profits? They are buying things, building homes, renovating and generally contributing to the wealth and prosperity of the nation. So YES it is more than fair. I heard another creep on the radio today talking about how immoral it was to avoid taxes. There is a big difference between evade and avoid and Cisco Systems is obeying the law.
