In fact, I do. It assumes you are correct about the "current rise rates" and it assumes that these rates will continue to be the same for next 50 years.

Actually, I find all of the predictions amusing if they start with "At current rise rates ...".

I saw a prediction about the increasing size of Arnold's biceps that was based on a similar premise.
