SK, They are. You're just too stupid to find them. A lot of loopholes are known, but good citizens, like conservative Republicans, choose not to use them. The liberal Democrats gobble them up as fast as they can find them. Lucky for the country, they are too ignorant to recognize them when they see them. ~H~
