Let me get this straight, your "expressway" has red lights??? Isn't SV supposed to be loaded with lots of geniuses? Every large city/area has traffic, you can't stop it... Everyone won't use public transportation. Don't move to NYC.

It was the San Tomas Expressway and I miss 90% in one direction, turned around and missed 90% in the other as well.
