I don't think it is.After looking around some more it's the only negative I see.Good read.

Any time a competitor can streamline his operation that's not going to be looked on as good for Cisco or the stock price.How well Cisco meets the challenge will certainly be interesting to observe.

As jittery as this market is any hint of perceived bad news sets off the selling.Tomorrows another day though.
