Well, first of all, you need to get un-worried. After all, humans are the ones that say up is good and down is bad. If we can dispense of this, we can just take it one day at a time, and trade in the direction of the market. Good = profits. Bad = losses. But this does not necessarily mean that down = bad and up = good either.
