Alcatel, Citibank Expand Finance Securitization Deal Dow Jones Online News, 10/10/2000 11:19 NEW YORK -(Dow Jones)- Alcatel SA (ALA) and Citigroup Inc.'s (C) Citibank expanded Alcatel's securitization vehicle. In a press release Tuesday, the company's said SVF 1999-A Trust of Delaware agreed to buy interests in a portfolio of vendor finance loans and commitments, originated by Alcatel, from the proceeds of a securitization. The Trust can now buy up to $1.2 billion of such loans and commitments on a blind pool basis pursuant to eligibility.
