I wonder where we are in this downturn cycle. It has been a slow painful process of price decline. So far there has not been the overwhelming day of sell off that we are used to seeing when we get around the bottom. So far we have had nothing but slow pain. Are we still not close to the bottom here? I am afraid that we will continue to bleed until there is that sell off I was talking about. One where all sentiment is absolute gloom and doom. Thoughts?
