Hmmm....i never had thought of LWIN as WLL. I guess that is exactly what it is, it allows limited mobility but is basically a replacement line. I cant wait to see the results of LWIN's rollout to the 8 cities at the end of this year. The penetration rates that they hit in a year in their first two markets were amazing.

The demand (money) is definitely high in India, it is just a matter of rolling out the lines to the appropriate places. Hopefully the government will get out of the way and allow the various companies to do that....
