You don't have to swear under oath - WE all believe you even if Etrade won't admit it happens. It has happen to me on more than one occasion, and has happened to others on this board. Do you remember if your account number was actually on the conditional offer screen, or was it blank?

If you see someone else's CO, do you also see that person's account #, or is it only the CO information that is cross-wired?

I've seen very similar and equally strange happenings too, Gerald. The E*Monkeys that answer the phones are usually clueless. The ones that answer Email inquiries usually have even less of a clue. Mike

Also, try this one on for size. I've bookmarked the IPO page so that I can navigate directly to it. Up until their last software update a few weeks ago, I could start up IE from scratch (freshly booted computer), go directly to that page via the bookmark, view the conditional offering history and even IOI for an IPO without ever having to log on and enter my userid or password! I never reported it because I'm tired the E*Ape's response of denial. :+) Mike
