SKG INTERACTIVE INC - INFOSPACE INC - Norstarmall.ca Enters Into Agreement With Infospace, Inc. [283]

NorstarMall.ca Inc. ("NorstarMall.ca"), a division of SKG Interactive
Inc., announced that they have entered into an agreement with InfoSpace,
Inc. Under the terms of this agreement, InfoSpace commerce service will be
integrated into both the Canadian and U.S. sections of NorstarMall.
NorstarMall shoppers will now be able to use InfoSpace commerce services to
greatly enhance their online shopping experience. NorstarMall will also
integrate other InfoSpace powered services and applications to provide a
more dynamic, interactive and comprehensive NorstarMall site. The InfoSpace
shopping engine has now been integrated into the NorstarMall.ca site.
InfoSpace's commerce services enable users to find local merchants,
comparison shop among both online and offline retailers and service
companies, receive electronic promotions and make purchases. NorstarMall
tenants will become part of the InfoSpace merchant network thereby making
their products and services available to consumers using InfoSpace-powered
services.
