They must know that there is a problem and it must have something to do with the update at the first of the year when they started the 50 shares and enforcing the jail time.That might be why you can not see any ipo history since the first of the year.They must be trying to fix it.That also might be why we had the short spurt with the fcfs middle of the year . Their programers must be trying to work around the problems.But you know they will never admit it.
