Banner ads are the biggest crock of shit on the net, they yield a 0-3% response rate... almost as bad as direct mail campaigns.

Permission based opt-in marketing is the future, the problem is the space is too crowded with average players and barriers to entry are a server and a T1:

MESG, DIGI, CLAC, POPM etc....

That is a lie. BTW, on a highly-related matter, FORR is going lower still, right?
