thanks for your response . I figured as wouldn't acknowledge the democratic leadership in Texas in the last 15 years only Bush years. How can you discuss a subject when you only get one side and not the complete picture ? I believe yesterday someone said LA is back as number 1. Of course, if you get the major chemical companies in tx. you are going to emit the highest toxics. However, you are correct Bush did get the companies to exceed grandfather requirements to make efforts to further improve the situation. I can't believe as responsible citizens the management of chemical companies would ignore the request.
