Only their first day in court. The appeals court will come back with a significantly different result. IMO

Jackson is the only one that will really have trouble 'getting over it'. He will not be looked on favorably once the appeals court gets through with him. IMO

Charles, do you always call the game in the middle ? The lower courts and the higher courts have made mistakes before. I don't expect it to be different this time.
