George ... RMBS opinion:

I continue to hold relatively small position in shares with about a $30 cost basis.

I sold Jan 115 calls at a loss because the Micron and Hyundai lawsuits were announced one day apart. Then, just on Friday, a third suit was announced.

Reason I sold the calls is that I think these lawsuits (and possibly more between now and January) could dramatically hamper short-term stock value.

Also regarding the lawsuits, I figure if one of these competitor ever wins their case against RMBS patents, the whole thing will become a house of cards.

Not to mention the general tech disastrous market conditions.

Lawsuits, as we all know, can drag out forever.

The second reservation I have about RMBS becoming the next QCOM rocketship -- especially within the next six months -- regards the fact that the split 4:1 after the incredible Feb/March runs.

I'll continue holding the shares, but, in my mind, all option bets -- even LEAPs -- are off.

JMO.
