I agree with you at least 95% on this. <g> The analysts aren't recommending this stock because it is down. They only jump on the bandwagon when a stock rises significantly. Then they tout it and explain what they need to explain in order to appear informed. Many of the analysts and fund managers are weak, It is safer for them to follow the herd mentality. They don't want to look bad in various eyes so they follow conventional wisdom (the herd). They are good at reading the history that the charts show them. As you say; " They only jump on the bandwagon when a stock rises significantly." They are the last to know.
