I took a look at this ABC NEWS state by state poll taken on Sunday and found it extremely fascinating..

Then choose "Race Ratings"

As of Sunday.. Gore has (if current polls hold) 208 Electoral votes in states that either are leaning to him or strongly behind him.. while Bush has 184. 146 votes are up for grabs in states too close to call.

Tell me.. I probably should know this being a political science major.. but what happens on the oft-chance that neither Bush nor Gore get the 270 electoral votes required to win? Does it go to the Congress for a deciding vote?
