Heavy buying occurring in SCMR based on every trade analysis money flow, but the stock is failing anyway. Net flow in but marginal inelasticity on the downside can create a very nasty spill when the buyers who thought they were buying low panic and dump. This is part of the reason why the market persists downward. The silent greed is still there having been pounded in for five years.
