George Bush's plan has proposed both increased spending and a tax cut without paying down the debt, Although, I will admit that Bush's plan is so complex that the candidate himself STILL can't understand it enough to explain it in public!! LOL

No wonder Bush thinks that Gore's numbers are fuzzy.....every thought that comes from Bush's brain is fuzzy.
