Not when you have a few weeks of that. When people get their 401k statements in with that kind of retreat in their portfolio value, it'll scare the crap out of them.

Oil should rally into year end.... I know biotechs often do, and stocks as well once we get through October. Guess it would't be surprising, yet, this is shaping up to be a down year for stocks, so I wouldn't bet on it personally.

actually, yes...i do think we'll get a post election relief rally of sorts.
