Intel Uses Forum To Pitch Pentium 4

analysts at MicroDesign Resources, which hosts the conference, said the PC era is by no means over. MDR expects 130 million PCs to ship this year, and 250 million PCs to be shipped in 2005.

"It's unlikely that people will call this the post-PC era as volumes indicate that the market isn't dead yet,"
