Silicon Storage withdraws stock, debt offers
SUNNYVALE, Calif., Oct 10 (Reuters) - Silicon Storage Technology Inc. (NasdaqNM:SSTI - news) on Tuesday said it has withdrawn its registration statements covering planned stock and convertible bond issues due to current market conditions.

Back on Sept. 29, the maker of memory products for the computer and communications industries filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to issue 5 million common shares and $150 million of convertible subordinated notes.

Further details were not disclosed.
