I can't see inflation being a factor for some time yet. I think more relevant signals will come from a resurgent Euro so long as it is accompanied by continuing weakness in Nasdaq bellwether stocks. The Dow, IMO, is less material - at the moment.

In next year's phase 2 (if there is one), we could see inflation as more of a factor if the dollar gets cheaper with, hopefully, gold becoming a beneficiary.

Who would be presiding over this falling out of favor of the US $? Why good old George.W.
