Not to mention the financing banks will be keeping a very close eye toward expenses considering the outrageous, multi-billion dollar spectrum prices they will be swallowing.

You bet I am! If you believe the operators are going to cancel existing orders and installations all over the world - that's your call. I know (because Jacobs said so) QCOM is betting on W-CDMA too, as well as some other flavors - that's why I own that stock as well.
Why place your bets on only one of the players?
