Jacob, The stock is going down because the cycle-timers, who were long the stock, are giving up on it. Until the market is reassured that the cycle is not over (or that it has bottomed), the stocks will keep declining.

I kind of have the feeling that the cycle timers, as you call them, don't have any attention span. SSB J. Joseph said it's going to be over by next year, as I recall, and they all headed for the exits. I don't think they stopped to get their hand stamped. Maybe that's my shellshock from the Naz being down about every day since Labor Day, I don't know, but they could easily figure, why bother, I'll wait for the next bus. This one's being retired.
