I agree we probably will see a nice bounce starting the end of October as the concern phase of the bear comes to an end and a new President takes office.

But this will be just the calm before the storm that will crush the stock markets in 2001.

Don Hays -- who in contrast to Comstock is anything but a permabear -- is talking about the NAZ dropping below 2000 and the Dow to perhaps 7000 before the bear market ends late next year.
