WASHINGTON (AP) -- Independent Counsel Robert Ray concluded Hillary Rodham Clinton gave ``factually false'' testimony when she denied having a role in the White House travel office firings. Gave 'factually false' testimony? Why couldn't they say LIED instead! Example: She lied down to get laid. And if Slick Willie had been straightforward with us by wagging his peter and said: I did not F^CK that woman, Miss Lewdinsky! He would not of been impeached due to Congress's confusion about the meaning of 'sexual relations'.
