Okay let me see if I understand this..I'm having a problem because I'm not a lawyer or an accountant.

Both INSP and GNET will file separate earnings the day of closure, because the earnings period ended Sept. 30th. After that, there will be a vote of the share holders, and assuming that it will pass, which it will, the official merger will take place....

However, there will be many loose ends to tie up before the transition is complete, and at the present time, we don't know when that will be.

Now, feel free to pick my interpretation apart, and explain to me what I don't understand. I'm getting another head ache...LOL
