Didn't anyone tell McGinn that if you have bad news, get it all out at once. This trickling of bad news is killing all longs. Man, this is Wall Street 101... I have had it with this guy @%&(*&!

A quote just went across the screen at CNBC of $25.00.

This has been my concern all along. The board has been so fixated on the tax consequences of Avaya and have forgot that earnings matter.

I can't imagine that McGuinn will survive this problem.

I think AVAYA will go down tomorrow in sympathy...to make myself feel better I probably shouldn't even look at the symbol LU for another year and a half. My gut feeling on this was that LUCY would come up with a warning somewhere around here...I'm not really surprised but I am p*ssed at myself for staying with this stock! How can I stop it from showing up on the ticker on CNBC?

If they missed what they predicted by about 37% (17 cents rather than 27 cents) then does that mean the stock will drop proportionately? Will it go down to around 19 3/4?

This means the biggest part of my 401K is down the drain and to boot I can't even make a trade during the current "blackout" period which doesn't end until Friday morning. By that time, all LUCENT employees and retirees who stayed in for the AVAYA spin-off will be spinning themselves......ANON

When the dust settles tomorrow, my 401K will be worth about 1/2 of what it was worth back on March 6 of this year. That day marked my peak although it wasn't all LUCENT, however, old LUCY was certainly a big part of it then. It was my best day. Damn McGinn!......ANON
