Ted,

But to pretend the sugar problem is equal to the tobacco one is denying the nature of cigarettes and what smoking them does to the human body.

I am not denying any of the dangers of the tobacco. It is easy to stay away from it, and to quit (from personal experience).

But the danger of sugar is way underestimated. It is a major contributor of all of the 20th (now 21st) diseases. I don't want to start another OT topic. My advice is just to watch how things unravel over time, (and it will take time).

Joe

Ted,
Shouldn't cigarettes be banned? If not, why not?
