Opticals and the tech mkt in general are going to get whacked again tomorrow. This has a long way to go before any reliable uptrend will occur. There is no confidence in the techs or .coms now. This is no six-week correction. Anyone who rememebers that qwest had to buy a phone co to get customers for its national fiber network (that they were originally going to lease all the capacity out for huge profits) should have been able to see the optical glut coming. What a shock!! Victor
