Perhaps she believes that the state owns everything the citizens earn, and therefore a tax cut would be additional spending by the government. Karl Marx would have it no other way...

Since it is not going to be targeted toward paying down the debt.........it was already spent!

I am sure that Bush will spend hundreds of billions on corporate welfare to pay back his buddies that gave him the money to run. In fact I've heard some say there will be a need for the oil companies to build a pipeline across what used to be the Soviet Union....Chetznya (sp?).........I wonder if Halliburton will get that contract. Someone said it would be well worth the 100,000,000 dollar corporate parachute given to Cheney. Bet Halliburton is a big campaign contributor.
