Nat,
high level management team at Lucent should fired en mass

I think everyone here agrees with you. However, how do you fire everyone en mass and still stay in business. It'll be chaos, right? I think they need to announce that first McGinn is stepping down and that someone else is taking over. I assume that is already in progress as we speak. Then the new guy gets to replace the whole rest of the team with people of his own. That's how I see it. Firing all now without replacements on deck won't solve anything. JMHO.

I think the whole sales and high level management team at Lucent should fired en mass. Imagine if you are a small hard working employee there and make mistake in meeting a critical deadline?

I am speechless and becoming heartless.

Becoming heartless? What happens when heartless arrives, firing squad??? The one where they offer you a blindfold, I mean.
