To: Handshake™ who wrote (22765 ) 10/11/2000 9:30:59 AM From: Handshake™ Respond to of 25548 October 10, 2000 Dear Shareholders: Drilling Update - As of October 9, Drill Hole #14 is currently drilling ahead at 190 meters. Drilling is proceeding normally. As of October 9, we're up to 136,071,497 in our Census (all counts are of shares held by shareholders as of September 1, 2000). The orientation now has switched over to registering our shares! We are in a WAR with the short seller and the quickest and most effective way of dealing with them is for the shareholders to register...... Don't delay !!! The latest registered share count as of the close of business, Friday, October 6, is 36,967,434 shares. Thank you to those that have received their shares and "keep pressing" to those that have not. New requests are coming in quickly and we're now hearing from shareholders being given "delay" stories. We'd like to put a list together of all the State or Provincial Securities Commissions, their Web addresses and a contact name if possible. If any of the shareholders can help us out, please email me at rgodwin@rgm.com and I'll put it together and post it. Thanks. i.e. British Columbia Securities Commissionbcsc.bc.ca If your brokerage house won't give you your shares, have a chat with your State or Provincial Securities Commission. There're there to help you. It's also cheaper (free) than hiring a lawyer to get your shares. Update: The Minnesota group have received SOME of their shares but not all. The brokerage house has until October 24, 2000 to perform. Again, this week, management of Medinah Mining have been receiving phone calls from people trying to buy large blocks of stock from the Company. Mmmmmm. Story from the Market: A Market Maker (MM) sold 400000 shares at between $0.105 and $0.11 this morning. Then he and a buddy played pitch and catch to walk the market down to $0.08 bid. Then he started biding 8 cents hoping they had scared enough people to have them sell their shares at their bid. It didn't happen. He couldn't get filled at 8 cents so phoned up the buyers on the original trade and cancelled the sale (probably said "we made a mistake, cancel that trade"). I don't think the buyers are very happy! They wanted that stock. It will be interesting to be a fly of the wall after the market closes today. And so it goes, and goes, and goes........ Register your shares !!!! Please.
