Harry, AMD counts sales when they are sold to an entity that cannot return them.

That is, sales to Gateway, Compaq, etc., DO COUNT.

Sales to distributors who then sell to OEMs DON'T COUNT.

I think there was some huge discussion about this a few months ago that reached this conclusion firmly.
