Jim, Seems to me that Intel is in no hurry to launch the P4...why is that? LOL! I don't know, Jim. Maybe they've decided that they have enough money for now and it's time share the wealth and let others have some market share. Maybe they like the idea of waiting until the week after Thanksgiving so that the reaction will be "Huh? (Burp)". Maybe they want to fix any remaining bugs to try and regain an image for quality products. Maybe their project management software miscalculated the critical path. Who knows? <G> I was just trying to correct the misimpression that Carl posted. You'll have to ask Intel IR the other question. Dave
