I guess the new CFO you were so adamant in defending wasn't able to pull off any miracles. What a joker.knc

RE "The value of Lucent is $10 - $15 based upon company's market position, product breadth, and management
team. Any value above $15 is based upon the past, not the reality of today."

Exactly. some investors get stuck on what a stock price
used to be, or what a company used to be.
Question should not be why is it down so much, but how
on earth did it ever get so overvalued at $80.
Based on sequential earnings, YOY earnings, (both declines)
New earnings estimates and growth rate, any reasonable
valuation method would find it difficult to put a price
of over $15 on this company. There are plenty of greener
pastures to go bargain hunting. Funds will be dumping
this tax loss candidate for the rest of the month anyway.
